Medical Gas Manifold (First Generation) ( Built-in Alarm Function) Connecting Four Oxygen Cylinders Use in Ambulance
The traditional First-Generation Medical Gas Manifold can connect multiple gas cylinders at the same time. It aims to reduce the pressure of the bottled high-pressure gas to a certain working pressure. The Gas Manifold is composed of high-pressure pipelines of metal hoses, which are connected to gas cylinders through threads. There is a high-pressure switch valve between each gas cylinder and the same Manifold, correspondingly to control each high-pressure pipeline respectively.
At the back end of the switch valve, the high-pressure pipes connecting the gas cylinders are connected to each other, and a three-way pipe joint is installed in the middle to connect the high-pressure gauge, the pressure regulator and the high-pressure pipe in series. The high-pressure gauge is used to monitor the pressure in the high-pressure pipeline of the Manifold, and the pressure regulator is used to adjust from the high-pressure to the appropriate pressure and flow to the low-pressure end.
The low-pressure end is connected with the gas terminal unit, a safety valve and a low-pressure gauge. The low-pressure gauge is used to monitor the pressure in the low-pressure pipeline of the Manifold. The safety relief valve automatically exhausts, when the delivery pressure is higher than the max, to ensure the flow’s safety and stability.
With alarm function:
1. Power on.
The product is powered by a car battery and is compatible with 12V and 24V. When the vehicle key is turned on, the system is powered on.
2. Voice prompt "Please open the gas regulators one by one to check the remaining gas capacity". At this moment, the oxygen cylinder check valve and the high-pressure switch valve A (or high-pressure switch valve B) on the panel should be opened, and the system will detect the current gas pressure and broadcast it by voice, while the alarm light indicates.
The possible broadcast content and warning light status are as follows:
a When the gas pressure is higher than 1.5Mpa, the voice broadcast content will be "Normal gas pressure", and the alarm light will be steady in green.
b. When the gas pressure is between 1Mpa~1.5Mpa, the voice broadcast content is "Insufficient gas pressure, please replace the cylinder"; at this moment, the alarm light flashes in yellow.
c. When the gas pressure is less than 1Mpa, the voice broadcast content is "Warning, please replace the gas cylinder immediately"; at this moment, the alarm light flashes in red.
